Join us for a yoga and meditation retreat nestled in the stunning red cliffs of the Jemez mountains of New Mexico. Led by Nicolle Jensen, a 500 hour certified Prajna Yoga instructor, with daily dharma talks by the resident abbess Hosen.
We will work consciously with this potent time of transition between the seasons. Taking a small amount of time away from our busy lives, computers, and tasks, has a deeply healing and rejuvinating effect on our mind, body, and nervous system, leaving us refreshed, resources, and revitalized upon reentering into the world.

Massage therapist Jackson Mathey joins us for the retreat, and is available for 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions by appointment.
