Deep Release Yoga & Mantra Meditation, 10am-12pm
$20-30 sliding scale, no one turned away
Mantra recitation with guided visualization and breathing techniques combined with Yoga for deep unwinding. Gentle self-massage and floor movements accessible for all levels of practice.

6:30-8pm Concert; receive the healing gift of Nicolle’s voice and sing along if inspired to join in on simple but profound mantras from Yoga and Buddhist traditions.
